Instructions
  1. Place all chiles in a bowl and cover with boiling water, making sure they are fully immersed (place a plate on top to help, if needed).
  2. Remove chiles once soft, de-stem, de-seed and rinse all dirt away. Set aside.
  3. Char garlic & onion on flat-top griddle.
  4. Combine all ingredients and blend together until smooth. Serve! EAT.
